Design Fees & Services

Start with our basic package, and add pages as
your business expands.
All packages include design components, visitor counter & stat report, 3 email addresses, photo clean up & optimization as well as submission to major search engines. Up to two hours of face-to-face consultation is included during the design phase as well as two hours of updates after the site has been completed.
Basic Design Package —

Our website package includes making your photos look their best.
For two dimensional artists, we will remove the frame (unless it's an integral part of the work) and straighten the picture to a perfect rectangle, square or other geometric shape that the piece calls for. Up to 60 photos.
For three dimensional artists, we will extract the image from a distracting background and/or replace the background with one of your choice.
However, this is a labor intensive activity, and is limited to 10 images in the package. Additional image extractions are $10 each.
Tips on shooting your images: Set your camera for fine or extra fine resolution. Shoot outdoors, on an overcast or cloudy day (soft shadows) around 1-3 pm without a flash. Use a neutral color and untextured background and send us the largest file you have—please do not resize the photo.
Works under glass: Yes, we will see you & the camera reflected in the glass! Instead, get a yard or two of matte black fabric, stretch it over stretcher bars or wrap around a large piece of cardboard so it can be set up facing the artwork. Stand behind the board & shoot the work from above the fabric. The image shape may be a bit of a trapezoid, but this is easily corrected by us in Photoshop. We will provide you with a CD of all your corrected photos - at 300 dpi at no extra charge when your website is finished. |

HOW TO GET STARTED:

Include your company information, ideas, visions and goals. Send us your phone number if you would like to talk rather than type.
We require a deposit of 50% of the design fee ($300) & l yr domain & server space ($75) to begin work. The balance is due when the design is completed to your satisfaction.
Within a few days we will present 2 or 3 designs to you, then adjust & tweak till you are satisfied.
We upload your in-progress
site to our server so you can see the design online to make your suggestions
and changes. In most cases, the full process takes about 2 weeks. Included with your site are two hours of updates, so if you change your mind later on & want a new color, new buttons, etc., it can usually be accomplished at no extra charge.
